We had a accident in our bathroom when my husband fell on the spicket and broke a pipe inside. I got the company name from my son and gave them a call on Sunday night to leave a message explaining my problem and that we had to turn all water off. I left a message and they called me to let me know that they had had a cancellation and would be here Monday. The representative was here the next day, he assessed the situation and told me what I needed and then presented me with their price sheet. He came back on Wednesday afternoon to do the job which didn't take him but a few minutes. The bill was presented and I wrote the check. He was very concerned that we were needing to go without water. He was very efficient and clean. Thank you for your help.
